Dr Hendra Agustian earned degrees in chemistry, education, and chemistry education from universities in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Indonesia. His professional background as a schoolteacher, curriculum coordinator, workshop leader, and educational researcher in international schooling dovetails his perpetual interest in science and science education. For the past decade, he has been researching student learning in the laboratory, drawing on multiple theoretical and methodological perspectives. His work has been published in the RSC Chemistry Education Research and Practice, ACS Journal of Chemical Education, and Science Education.
